Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened soap bars in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item.
To qualify for an ordinary return, soap bars must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition they were received, in their original packaging.

Unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us promptly at clementinessoaps@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. We cover return shipping when the mistake is ours.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Opened or used soap bars are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for scent preferences or buyer’s remorse. These exclusions do not affect the handling of damaged, defective, or incorrect items or your rights under applicable law.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method, unless otherwise stated. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
If you do not see your refund within a reasonable period of time since your refund was approved, contact us.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply if goods are defective, not as described, not delivered within the required or agreed timeframe, or otherwise do not comply with applicable law.
